About Me

Hello, I am Akshay!

Believe it or not, my path into fitness wasn't a linear success. I’ve lived the cycle of starting, stalling, and questioning the "right" way to move.I started out with a very lean build and wanted to gain strength and improve my physique. Over time, training stopped being something I was trying to “fit in” and became a part of how I lived.As I progressed, I found myself helping friends around me. Seeing their progress and the impact it had on them made me realize that this was something I wanted to do more seriously.That’s when I chose to go deeper into this field. I focused on learning, refining my approach, and understanding how to guide people based on where they are, not just where they want to be.Today, with over a decade of experience working closely with individuals, my focus remains simple. I want people to enjoy training, understand what they’re doing, and build something they can sustain. Not just short-term results, but a way of training that stays with them over time.
